  11. Feel free to use these patterns for commercial
  12. recordings, but:
  13. 1. Do not convert them to SMF format and/or sell
  14.    them as a part of commercial collections.
  15.  
  16. 2. If you use them for commercial recordings,
  17.    keep in mind that these patterns are rather
  18.    usual and basic - I can not rule out the pos-
  19.    sibility that there are other drum tracks that
  20.    are not too different from the ones I've se-
  21.    quenced. The patterns are meant to be a col-
  22.    lection of ideas, so you don't have to start
  23.    sequencing from scratch. In other words, I'm
  24.    not taking any responsibility when it comes
  25.    to copyright issues.
